Jan L. Marshall 52 of Brownwood passed away Saturday February 8, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held Wednesday February 19, 2020, at Central Baptist Church at 12pm located at 1401 Brady Ave. Brownwood TX, 76801.
Jan was Born in Brady Texas to parents Edward and Alice Faye Stratton, she received her primary education from Brookesmith Schools. After graduation she attended college and received a Bachelors degree from University of Phoenix. In her spare time she liked to spend time with her family and friends and especially Color with her Grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memories are Husband David Marshall of Brownwood, Daughter: Randi Teague and husband Andy Teague of Brady,TX Daughter: Casey McBride and husband Brandon McBride of Brownwood,TX Daughter: Jessica McCormick and husband Daniel McCormick of Brownwood,TX
14 grandchildren. Brother: Edward Stratton and wife Sharon Stratton of Brady,TX Sister: Julie Allgood and husband Harold Allgood of Brookesmith,TX,Sister: Joy Stratton of Brownwood tx
Brother: Eddie Stratton and wife Mandy Stratton of Brady TX Sister: Brenda Stratton of Brady,TX Sister: Jeanette Stratton and Mike Pointe of Brownwood TX And numerous nieces and nephews. I am very sorry for your loss. I have known Jan for many years from when was still in school. I was at Brookesmith football games and other activities over the years. I am friends with William and Pearlene Holster and used to see her at their house when we were visiting. Sending our thoughts and prayers to all the family. Praying the good Lord will comfort and ease the pain at this most difficult time.

Jan had a heart of gold. She always keep in touch with everyone she could. She was a great cousin and friend you could vent to and just talk to for hours. She loved everyone around her. She now has her wings and her and willie can talk for days on end now. Fly high you will be missed love ya

the day she was born was a memorble day my mom her dad was taking her mom to the brady hosp for jan to be born jan.8,1968 it was snow and ice on the ground they hit a slick spot and run up on the curb int shrub at wilkerson funeral home she said well at least we got to the ambulance but they got backed out and made it to the hosp to have one special angel jan .there was another time she talked to me about a week ago she said she was remembering the first concert we took my angel to it was in san angelo texas angel just fixing to turn 3 to see Ray Bolts and Angel was on my knees both hands held high Praiseing Jesus we had cars break down cars get hot but we made it was a awesome night you could feel Gods spirit .the day her twins randi and casey was born her mom was on her way to ft worth and her mom talked a cop out of a ticket by showing him pictures of Jan and her twin grandbabies that was a memorble day she was talking about that the other day she was being airlifted to ft worth her dad was being admitted to hosp her grandpaw was being transferred to san antonio all at the same time .me and her talked a long time the other day .i could tell about jan is she was a loving and awesome mom and wife she loves david and those girls and grandbabies with all her heart love you all aunt margaret uncle inky caleb and emily
